Accessing Your Company Email: Webmail Login & Usage Guide
Webmail means an email service you access through a web browser instead of a dedicated email app.
For example, if you open Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo Mail in Chrome, Opera, or Safari and log in
to read or send emails, you're using webmail.
If someone asks you for your webmail, they usually mean the email account you log into through
a website, such as yourname@gmail.com

How to Use Webmail
Section 1: Open a web browser
Open a browser like:
* Chrome
* Opera
* Firefox
* Microsoft Edge
* Safari
Section 2: Go to your webmail website
Type the correct website in the address bar. For example:
Junidecarhire.com. Enter that website instead.
Section 3: Sign in
Enter:
Your email address (e.g., `example@gmail.com`)
Your password
Click Login
Section 4: Understand the inbox
After logging in, you'll see your mailbox.
Main sections include:
* Inbox – New emails.
* Sent – Emails you've sent.
* Drafts – Unfinished emails.
* Spam/Junk – Suspicious emails.
* Trash/Bin – Deleted emails.
Section 5: Read an email
Click any email in your inbox to open and read it.
Section 6: Send an email
1. Click Compose or New Message.
2. Enter the recipient's email address in the to field.
3. Type a subject.
4. Write your message.
5. Click Send.
Section 7: Reply to an email
Open the email and click:
* Reply – Respond to the sender.
* Reply All – Respond to everyone in the conversation.
* Forward – Send the email to someone else.
Section 8: Attach a file
1. Click the paperclip icon.
2. Choose a file from your device.
3. Wait for it to upload.
4. Click Send.
How to change password
- Press the settings button
- Choose password
- Enter your previous
- Enter your new password once its request for it
- Then Enter
Section 9: Sign out
When using a shared computer:
1. Click your profile picture.
2. Select Sign Out.
